Wonderful and Pleasant Hotel Experience
friendly staff good car parking
I found the staff friendly. They were always polite. The hotel booked a taxi for the cruise port. The car parking was good while I was on my cruise. The breakfast was of good quality and cooked well. I would definitely book again. The receptionist answered all questions. They were happy to help.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable and a seating area was provided i found the water pressure in the shower to be great breakfast was tasty and i especially enjoyed the table service location was convenient with easy access to the high street a nearby market and restaurants i also appreciated the parking being easy

cleanliness friendly staff
The hotel was clean. This detail greatly impressed me. the on-site bar offered great service. a quaint dining room was available for meals. the breakfast was excellent, prepared by a genuinely friendly staff, a detail i appreciated.
i noticed the absence of an elevator, it made navigating with luggage somewhat challenging. climbing the steep stairs with suitcases was inconvenient. while not a major issue, an elevator would improve accessibility.

Staff members were helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. the warm welcome, especially knowing i would be served by people concerned with my well-being. this level of attention enhanced the overall stay.

The family room was clean and quite spacious. it had a comfortable bed and a well kept en suite bathroom. the powerful shower was definitely a plus. I enjoyed the time spent in the room.

the hotel provided a continental breakfast and also a cooked breakfast. the choices were abundant and the food was fresh, this contributed positively to my mornings. the availability of bus stops nearby allowed convenient access to locations.

clean room lovely staff english breakfast misleading photos closed bar
My room was clean and tidy. The staff was lovely. I enjoyed a full English breakfast with tea and toast in a bright dining area.
The room felt mislead by the website photos. The hotel only told me on arrival that the bar would be closed.
